Our Purpose:

I vividly remember the first purchase I made online and how immediately after entering my order I began to wonder…who did I just give my credit card information? Was it an actual business that was going ship that Aerosmith CD or was it a computer hacker running an elaborate credit card theft ring?  Even after many years and thousands of online purchases I still wonder who is on the other side of my computer screen.

Point being, we understand the trust you place in Zemko when shopping with us online. We are not an average company; we are professional ecommerce company with years of experience. Zemko started in 1998 and since that time has grown from a part-time garaged-based eBay business into a solid company with almost a dozen full time employees. Tucked away off country road south of Charlotte, North Carolina we operate out of company-owned 7000 square foot processing facility. We have shipped millions of dollars worth of orders to over 20,000 satisfied customers and we would like to add you to our list

Our Policies:

Shipping: With our state of the art shipping system we can get your order to your door as fast as possible. We package, ship, and track your order within one business day and email you tracking information.  Here is our FedEx Ground shipping time chart:

Payments: We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All items picked up local will require payment via credit card, cash or company check. Items being picked up or shipped in the state of NC are subject to 7.5% sales tax.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item.  All return products must be in its original condition, including the exact same item(s) with the same serial numbers that were shipped to you. We use security marks and serial number records to identify our product and eliminate fraudulent returns. All listings marked, “As-Is”, “No Return” or “Parts/Repair” or any software product will not be eligible for refunds.
